Our clients rate our performance very highly. We regularly conduct Client Satisfaction Surveys as part of our ISO Quality System. Our scores are near excellent in every category, including “commitment to excellence,” “responsiveness,” “initiative,” “enthusiasm” and “chemistry.” Our overall scores average a 4.6 out of a best-possible 5.0. When clients were asked whether they would recommend our firm, with 4.0 being a best-possible “strongly recommend,” our average score from all clients was 3.94.
